With Brückner Werke, you have experienced dumpling specialists at your side who know exactly what is right for you. Our dumpling blends are available in different varieties and can be used immediately or as a basis for your own dumpling creations.
Powder blends or granulates in cooking bags (packed in cartons) are suitable for end consumers, while we offer special packaging for use in commercial kitchens for bulk consumers. Manufacturers of dumplings (dry, fresh, frozen) and ready meals can use and process our blends, which can also be customised for you, as a high-quality raw material. One of our specialities are napkin dumplings, which we can pack in folding boxes or bags, or offer for seasonal enjoyment in the canteen kitchen. Try them for yourself!
