You can rely on this.
We keep what we promise

Management
Here you will find our corporate policy guidelines and our Code of Conduct.
In logistics, in quality assurance, in customer service or on the machines — Brückner-Werke unites a large number of experts who are there for you in the most diverse departments. Because we know exactly what responsibility it means to work with food. As a well-coordinated team, we can respond to your wishes at any time and guarantee a reliable service that primarily facilitates your everyday work. The demands we place on ourselves are at least as high as those of our customers — and we fulfil them every day with joy and pride.
Brückner-Werke KG is based in Hamburg and has production sites in Nortorf/Schleswig-Holstein (potato processing and fruit), Stadelhofen/Bavaria (vegetables and herbs) and Altendorf/Bavaria (soups, sauces, stocks, dumplings, co-packing). Our plants are specialised in different ways, we have the right location for each of your concerns. What they have in common: state-of-the-art facilities and the highest quality assurance, as you can expect from Brückner.
When it comes to potatoes, our plant in Nortorf is the right address. During the season, several truckloads of potatoes from our contract farming are sourced, dried and processed every day. This also includes the production of our potato dumpling mixtures and granulates, which are in demand by end and bulk consumers alike. Our potato reception and peeling technology are state-of-the-art.
In addition to potato processing, the Nortorf plant focuses on the trade and processing of dried fruit as well as sales to the processing industry and trade. We have installed a modern energy supply system that noticeably reduces CO2 emissions and are continuously working on further improvements.
From the Stadelhofen site, we offer the food processing industry a wide range of vegetable and natural raw materials. Here, dried vegetables, herbs and spices, which are purchased internationally from long-standing suppliers, are refined on state-of-the-art equipment. These include onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, leeks and parsley, but the composition of mixtures and packaging are also part of our range of services. We are proud of our modern drying technology: particularly gentle sterilisation or individual toasting degrees are no problem for our plants. In order to always be able to supply our worldwide customers with quality goods, we have more than 10,000 pallet storage spaces available at our location.
In Altendorf, we mainly produce high-quality dry products in the area of soups, sauces, broths and desserts for our sister company DNG and other customers. Our prized bread dumplings are also produced here.
We underline the high demands on our products with the use of optimal technology:
In Altendorf, we have our high-performance packaging plant for the segment of mission catering, which largely automates the production of this important segment.
Our roof is equipped with a powerful photovoltaic system so that we can produce our articles with our own electricity. In addition to the beehives in our factory meadows, this is also part of our plan to protect the environment and reduce CO2 to be saved.
The Deutsche Nährmittel Gesellschaft Farmland Food Service KG supplies food to hospitals, homes for the elderly, schools and canteen kitchens of all kinds throughout Germany.
From a food wholesaler to one of the leading suppliers for the food processing industry. A lot has happened in over 100 years of company history. But one thing has always remained the same: Customers can still rely on our promises today. The Brückner promise combines years of family tradition, the highest product range quality and modern orientation towards industry standards and customer wishes.
