2. What data do we need from you for the use of our websites? What data is collected and stored during use?

Personal information is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"), such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, bank details and IP address.

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. A storage of this data together with other personal data of the user does not take place.

Storage in log files is done to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. In this context no data is analysed for marketing purposes.

For these purposes, the processing of data is of mutual legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In no case collected data are used for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. In case of data collection for the provision of the website, this will happen once the respective session is completed.

In case of storing the data in log files, this is will happen after no more than seven days. Further storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or altered, so that the client who retrieved the website can no longer be identified.

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is imperative for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user cannot raise objections.

We use your information only to process your request and we may contact you for this purpose using the contact details provided. This data is not used for advertising purposes nor transferred to third parties.

The data processing for the registration takes place according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR, based on your voluntary consent.

The legal basis for the processing of the data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the e-mail contact aim is to conclude a contract, then an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The processing of the personal data of your e-mail addressed to us only serves to process the contact. This is also where the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of data lies.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. For the personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been finally clarified.

The user has the possibility at any time to revoke his consent to the processing of the personal data. If the user contacts us by e-mail, he or she may object to the storage of his/her personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot continue.

3. How will my data be used and, if necessary, shared with third parties and for what purpose will this be done?

We use your data to verify your solvency only if we make an advance payment in your order, e.g. when ordering on account.

Any transfer, sale or other transmission of your personal data to third parties will only take place if the transfer is required for the purpose of executing the contract, for billing purposes, to collect the fee pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 li. b GDPR, or if you expressly consented pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR.
